Helping you build strength, move better, and feel good  -  at any stage of life.

Meet Eileen

I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and founder of Coreza Fit.

I help people—particularly those in midlife or returning to exercise—build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies again.

After 30 years in a desk-based career, I retrained at 50 to focus on what matters: moving well, getting stronger, and feeling good every day.

Today, I deliver structured, supportive training that is safe, effective, and designed to fit real life—whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into exercise.

Why train with me

Because this is not generic fitness.

I understand what it’s like to start again, rebuild strength, and fit training around a busy life.

My sessions are designed to meet you where you are—and move you forward with clear structure, proper technique, and consistent progression.

You’ll always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how you’re improving.

The result is simple: you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body.

And just as importantly—you enjoy it enough to keep going.

The meaning of Coreza Fit

Coreza represents strength from within. It comes from core -the centre of our bodies and minds, and from the Spanish word fuerza, which means strength.

It was my way of honouring my Peruvian roots, inspired by the bold colours, patterns, and spirit of the Andes.

For me, Coreza Fit is about helping others discover their own inner strength and feel confident in how they move.

Working with me means you’ll get creative, tailored sessions that change every time, so training never feels boring or repetitive. I know gyms can feel intimidating, but I pride myself on creating a space where you feel supported, confident, and motivated to push yourself.

If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better and enjoy the process, I’d love to hear from you.
