Meet Eileen
Hi, I'm Eileen, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I started Coreza Fit after arriving at a career crossroad, like many folks do - turning 50 can have that effect on you.
After 30 years tied to a screen and a desk, I’d had my fill.
It takes nerve (and a smidge of madness) to walk away from the financial security a well-paid job offers, but I walked.
It is one of the best decisions I have ever made!
I chose to believe in myself, start afresh, move more, redefine my body and help others do the same.
I am also a busy mother and wife who has learned to prioritise herself. I am consistent with my training and going to the gym. That's where I lift heavy, learn proper technique, have a laugh whilst building wonderful relationships.
Why does this story matter?
Because my clients benefit from my consistency and experience!
Enduring strength comes from within, but let me tell you, there is nothing [NOTHING] that feels so good as feeling physically secure in your body and feeling energised.
No matter who you are and what stage of life you are at, you can learn to trust and rely on your body again.
Our sessions will be creative and focused on what you want to achieve through a blend of strength, mobility, and functional training.

The meaning of Coreza Fit
Coreza represents strength from within. It comes from core -the centre of our bodies and minds, and from the Spanish word fuerza, which means strength.
It was my way of honouring my Peruvian roots, inspired by the bold colours, patterns, and spirit of the Andes.
For me, Coreza Fit is about helping others discover their own inner strength and feel confident in how they move.
Working with me means you’ll get creative, tailored sessions that change every time, so training never feels boring or repetitive. I know gyms can feel intimidating, but I pride myself on creating a space where you feel supported, confident, and motivated to push yourself.
