Yes! Please click here to WhatsApp me and arrange a free taster session. We'll discuss your goals, any concerns you may have, and do a few exercises. I'll assess your movement and strength. Whether you're totally new to working out or you have plenty of experience, we'll use this taster to make sure that I'm the right trainer for you.
Before we train, I will ask you to fill in a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This gives me an idea of your fitness goals which we'll focus on achieving with creative, customised sessions. I want you to enjoy yourself whilst building muscle, flexibility and mobility. Ultimately, my goal is to make you strong, and give you gym and body confidence!
Sessions are £50 per hour, or you can book a block of 10 sessions for £45 each.
All sessions are held at W6 Gym in Chiswick, a welcoming and fully equipped space for training.
Simply get in touch with me through the contact form on this website. I’ll arrange your booking directly and confirm your session time.
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer at the time of booking or before your session.
Not at all! Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, I’ll create a programme that works for you and helps you progress at your own pace.
Energy availability! Please make sure you have fuel in the tank. Ideally eat something healthy at least an hour before working out. Other than that, wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a bottle of water, and come ready to move!
Yes, life happens! I just ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to someone else.
